Maavu Urandai – 250g (பாசிப்பருப்பு மாவு உருண்டை)

Maavu – Flour, Urundai – rounds / balls. This is an addictive sweet to many, but no harm as the ingredient is nothing but split green gram, sweet and ghee. Split green gram is roasted till it gives its best aroma and ground. Equal amount of powdered sugar is added to it and with melted ghee the flour is dampened and made into balls of lemon size.
